This module was designed for the therapist who has knowledge of active rehabilitation. It includes isolated and functional training for the upper and lower extremities and muscle, mobility and coordination training for the back. The active rehab exercises are performed using equipment, e.g., pulleys and free weights. Each exercise can be used for different purposes depending on the resistance in the exercise and the way the exercise is performed. Stimulation of damaged tissues, functional training, compensatory training or other goals are easily accomplished.
