The P44 provides non-weight bearing, isotonic rehabilitation and exercise of the legs through a simple leg extension.  The major benefit is that the legs are independent of one another, allowing for different stroke lengths, stroke rates, and resistive forces to be set for each leg. 

P44 accommodates a decreased knee range of motion better than circular pedal travel and also acts a strengthening device, making it ideal in the treatment of:
